Initial Registration and Preparation

Intensive German Language Training
Participants undergo dedicated full-time language instruction (8–10 months, 1080 hours) to achieve proficiency from A0 up to B2 level.
Certification and Job Matching
Upon successful completion of the B2 language examination, you will be prepared for a formal interview and job-matching process with a verified German employer.
Visa Application and Pre-Departure Support
We provide dedicated support for your German work visa application and conduct a comprehensive pre-departure briefing to ensure you are fully prepared for your international move.
On-Site Paid Apprenticeship
You commence your professional training in Germany, spending 3 to 3.5 years in a paid Dual Vocational Apprenticeship (Ausbildung).
Completion and Guaranteed Employment
Upon successful graduation, you transition directly into full-time employment with your training company, leveraging the skills you acquired.
Pathway to Permanent Residence
Eligibility for German permanent residence is typically achieved after a combined total of 5 years (3 years of study + 2 years professional work).
