Application & Training Process

Registration and Service Agreement

Begin by registering for the program and signing a service agreement that outlines training, placement, and support services.

German Language Training (A0→B2)

Full-time German instruction to reach B2 level (8–10 months; approximately 1080 hours). Training includes exam preparation for the Goethe B2 or equivalent.

B2 Exam and Employer Matching

After passing the B2 exam, candidates proceed to employer matching and interviews with verified German hospitals or care providers.

Work Visa Application & Pre-Departure Briefing

Support is provided for the German Work Visa application (under §18a) and a pre-departure briefing covering travel, accommodation, and first-day expectations.

Start Work in Germany & License Recognition

Arrive in Germany to start work as a nursing assistant while working with authorities to complete license recognition — upgrading to Registered Nurse once recognized.
